- PhotoVideoTours marketing package. Your property receives it’s own webpage with professional photos and a real full length video (not a slideshow) as necessary, it is then advertised on the Arizona Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com, Zillow, and other various appropriate websites.
- Cancel the listing at anytime. You can cancel by calling and saying “I want to cancel the listing.” It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call. Please allow 3 business days to have the sign removed if applicable and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.
- Commissions. “We put our money where our mouth is!”
Our commission is 5% when we find the buyer and write the contract and there is no other agent involved.
Our commission is 3% and the other agent receives 3% if another agent represents the buyer.
After the 30 Days on the MLS expire, selling broker commission is reduced by 1/2%, if another 30 days occurs without an accepted offer, the commission is reduced by another 1/2%. Buyer’s agent commissions always stay the same. Our listings contracts are usually for 3 months.
